If I do 30 on each leg, is that 30 lunges or 60?

A set of 30, but on here, when you log, all it says is lunge. I've been counting it as 3 reps of 10. I might up it!0

One of my workout videos counts them by sets...so in that case I would count as 30...but If you are just doing singles then go with 60...I know...not much help from me lol0

My PT counts my lunges in total, so I would say 60.0

I'd count it as 30, 30 each leg. I can only do 15 right now, so I do 3 reps of 15. You wouldn't count 30 arm curls(on each arm) as 60.0

I count them as 60...30 with the right leg...30 with the left leg.0 -
I would say 30 because they are considered a "set"0

1 set of 30 reps. If you were lifting a dumbbell with each arm and did each arm 12 times, you would count it as a SET of 12, not 24 curls.
I would...12 lifts with left arm and 12 lifts with right arm. To each their own....0 -
