I don't, so I weigh and measure everything because of that I am getting better at "eyeballing" serving.

Me too. But a lot of people complain they are not losing so I was just wondering?
  • I actually purchased myself a set of measuring cups/spoons/etc. specifically to lose weight. Because I suck at any mathematics or algorithms involved in the kitchen.

I thought I did, but after taking a look it seems I ate less than I thought for lunch.

Before I got my scale I totally underestimated and ate too much.

I love kettle chips and it said 1 oz (approx 17 chips) were a serving so that's what I would take, after getting my scale I realize on average it's only 12 so I was way off on my calories.

It's really eye opening, I recommend a scale to everyone.
