    I'm the safest anywhere Monday thru Friday at 5 pm.....then not so safe.

    :happy: : do you have any advise for someone working graveyard as far as eating a lunch late at nite or snacks till morning.. and i'm on a1200 calorie a day/nite!!! and little helpful hints would be appreciated???? thanks.....:smile::smile:
