Hi everyone! I love this website! I've been on here everyday for about a week and a half. and I don't have any friends on here yet.
I've lost 15 pounds and counting! My goal is to lose at least 20 more! I can't wait!

    Hi ashcools, I just started on this website yesterday and I really like it. I've used other websites to keep a food diary and this one is so much easier. Congrats on losing 15 pounds so far, that is AWESOME! Along with logging calories, are you working out in some fashion? I like trading workouts for more calories :laugh: I'm not looking forward to trying to get through July 4 without blowing my healthy eating (I refuse to call it a diet!!)

    I have only been here 8 days myself, and have also been on daily. I really think this tracking of food & exercise helps keep me motivated.

    I am down 5 lbs and have 20 to go....
