NOT EATING ENOUGH CALORIES IN A DAY

I for some reason or another can not seem to eat enough calories in a day to burn and lose weight efficiently. The kicker is...IM NOT HUNGRY!...any suggestions?..

Just try to eat more calorie dense foods. Gradually increase the amount you eat and you'll find your hunger actually increase - a down-regulated metabolism can cause you to feel hungry less often than is 'normal'.0

See a lot of people with this problem. Specially people trying to fit in breakfast that dont normally eat breakfast. Are you eating once a day? Maybe splitting up your meals throughout the day. Smaller meals more times a day can get it going.0
