Hello all!

My name is Joe and I'm in Chicago. I'm starting up Power 90 tomorrow and not really sure how to log the exercises into myfitness pal. Has anyone done this before and can help?

Let me know.

Calorie burns are very individual. It depends on your height, weight, how hard you worked, etc. The best way is to get a heart rate monitor that tracks calories burned (I love my Polar F6), and customize the workouts in the exercise section.

Exactly what Sandy429 said. That 's the best way to do it.

I started with Power90 for 30 days and went into P90X. I was about 220 when I started P90X 71/2 weeks ago. It's a great program. I feel like I have my own personal trainer right in my media room. I can even shut him up if I want to. Keep pressing play.

    sandy429,

Thank you. What is the best kind and place to get a reliable HRM? Also, how do you determine the caloric burn from a heart rate monitor? I read somewhere there is something you wear that will tell you how many calories you are burning all day long. Even when you are sitting at the computer. Have you ever heard of that?

    Joe
