I did modify the half the jumping jacks... You try jumping that many times and weigh this much... not great on knees! lol.
I did the rest and finished with a 30 minute walk off the pounds.
Total time 45 minutes.0 -
Finished and after that and a core workout yesterday, I can barely move. Gonna feel this all weekend0

Tool me a lil over 30 min to complete and I did run in place for 10 min. I also did one extra of each set except for the running in place.
Y'all did great. I don't care if you modify things as long as you stick with the basic challenge.0 -
ok if you can do it twice and run for 10min in 10 minute's shorter time than me I really need to do some work!0
