Banking Exercise Calories

Banking exercise calories for the week. Thoughts? Rules?

I know on Weight Watchers you can bank points. What's the overall rule here on MFP?

    I bank them all the time, sometimes I save them for the weekend, sometimes I don't and still losing without problems!

    I bank them for the days I dont workout so I can still eat a tad bit more and everything is going great with it :)

    How are the exercise calories being banked? Are you only entering half of what was done for that day or is there a way to bank them on the site, for later?
