Banking exercise calories for the week. Thoughts? Rules?
I know on Weight Watchers you can bank points. What's the overall rule here on MFP?
Thanks

How are the exercise calories being banked? Are you only entering half of what was done for that day or is there a way to bank them on the site, for later?0
