Microwave crisps.
Ok, so hi everyone, I have a question about microwave crisps.
When I joined WW many years ago I started making microwave crisps using thinly sliced potatoes seasoned with various seasonings and cooked til crispy in the microwave. Delicious.
My question is, how do you measure these crisps? I weigh the cooked crisps and log them as potatoes. So in my world 30g crisps are 28 calories from about 150g of raw potato. Any comments? Am I just cheating myself??

Do you remember how many points you counted them for WW? I always have heard that a point in WW is equal to about 50 calories so maybe you could go by that???0

I agree with Bostik - use the weight of the raw potato. Microwaving the potato slices in order to make them crisp only removes water, not calories. Enjoy them!!0
