Help! This is a strange request but...I'm going out with old friends tomorrow, and we're hitting a pizzeria where we all grew up near. I need some help looking at the menu here: http://www.anthonysitalianrestaurant.org/menu.html and picking the most low-cal options!

I'm so bad at this :(

Ok, in my opinion, by looking at the menu there are a few options. The shrimp cocktail, garden salad(watch your dressing), stuffed mushrooms(depending on what they are stuffed with), shrimp or chicken caesar salad, they have turkey sub(no mayo). good veggie selection that saute broccoli sounds good... oohhhh that first gourmet sub sounds really nice, cut your sandwich in half(box it up) and have the chicken soup. Just what ever you order remember portion size- one slice not the whole pizza- when eating salad dip your fork in the dressing with each bite and don't dump the dressing all over the salad, you'll be surprised how much less you need-try it! Have a wonderful time at your dinner :)
  • Thanks guys! I think I'll go with the Mussels + a garden salad, dressing on the side. I REALLY want a slice of veggie pizza, but I don't know if just one slice will be enough! Haha.
