Even though...
-my planned hour long nap lasted 3 hours
-it's been a long week at work
-my physical therapist restricted me from the stationary bike (my favorite)
-my physical therapist restricted me to the ARC trainer (hate it!)
-I just plain didn't wanna

I got up, put my sneakers on, went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the dang ARC trainer!

It may be a small victory; but a series of small victories is going to get me healthy.

Love the arc trainer. 45 minutes is amazing on that thing. That had to have burned 500 plus calories. Way to go!!

Congrats!! That mentality will keep you firm on your path.

And hey, if you napped for 3 hours, that means your body needed it. That's not a bad thing at all. Adequate sleep is essential to weight loss.

I had a week like that. Just no motivation but I still made myself do it. I actually like going to the school gym and walking and running but its not as fun on the treadmill. Keep up the good work!!
