Calories

I am eating about 1200 calories a day but my family say it is not enough for me.....I am 74 not exercising. Can anyone help?

I think the calorie intake should be based off your height, weight and weightloss goals. I know MFP calculated the amount I should be eating and it is also 1200 calories. I feel full, so I try and stick with that calorie intake to see if it will help me out. I think you should be fine with that intake amount.0
