30 day shred

I just bought the 30 day shred and am looking forward to starting it this afternoon. How do I log calories burned?

    most people put in circute trainning.

    im 164lbs and 5ft 8 i burn between 180-230 cals with my hrm depending on how hard i push myself.
    there is also a group called jillians shreders you can join x
  • I have just started it too, and I went for 10 mins jumping jacks and 10 mins sit ups to log my cals used, but I do feel that the cals used bit of mfp can be a little on the upside.....here's hoping we both shrink as 30 day shred is so simple but so hard:blushing: good luck...

    with my HRM I burned 160-220cals (full 26mins), less the more I did it, I am 5'7, was 190lbs. After my experience with 30 Day Shred I am going to jump a leap and recommend something you will love doing and will burn way more calories...

    I recommend getting Turbo Jam: 5 Rocking workouts on amazon, it comes with 2 bonus videos, so total of 7, it has weight training, booty/thigh weight training, abs, intense cardio and short cardio (20mins only and burned between 210-300 at 190lbs), this program burns WAAAY more calories and has great weight training video and instruction video on all the moves. This video will make you fall in love with working out, 30 Day Shred will make you hate, 30DS is evil, I did for 14days and got sooooo bored.

    With Turbo Jam I never get bored and lost 50lbs with it and toning beautifully! it's only $17, you will never get bored and the instructor is motivating and super nice, Jillian MIchaels is EVIL! In Turbo Jam there is 3 people who do regular 2 people who do easy and 2 people who do hard version +the instructor; all the people in the video are so happy doing it and enjoying working out...gives you hope and makes it funner. In 30DS it's only 2 people, both of the girls look like they are suffering, there are parts where they slack...it's horrible workout...it put me in the worst mood in the world and drained all my energy after that I couldn't even clean, it made me soooo miserable, I dredded working out. Turbo Jam however gave me soooo much energy after the workout, put me in great mood, I clean and get soo much stuff done, and it really works every muscle in your body :)

    You won't regret it and really fall in love with exercising and it will TRANSFORM your body in so many ways, you will be amazed at the beaitful toned muscle definition you will develop :)
