Weight loss

Hi guys ive just signed up for this, i thought it was a good way of tracking my progress hopefully
Any tips for weightloss? Any super foods i should be eating? :D

    Fiber and protein are your best friends. They help you stay full longer. Also don't be afraid to eat some fat.

    I log my day the night before. Gives me a game plan before my feet even hit the floor the next morning.

    Don't freak about weeks when you don't lose any weight or weeks when you actually gain weight. If you are eating a calorie deficit, you WILL lose weight. There will be weeks when you lose more and weeks when you lose less. These big fluctuations are usually WATER NOT FAT. I really don't care about losing or gaining water. I'm concerned about the fat!

    Log what you eat even when you mess up. Because you will mess up. Life happens!

    Tip for eating out... eat half portions, eat SLOWLY, drink water

    It's a great way to keep yourself accountable. As long as you are honest and put everything you put in your mouth on the daily diary. Water, Water, and Water. Everyone tends to be on a different type of diet, what works for them, but a majority of people use calorie counting over all. There are no foods that will magically cause you to lose weight. Foods with sugar will make you hungry faster, protein will fill you faster. But when you get down to it. It's trial and error and what works for your body.

    There is tons of support here, I love being accountable and knowing that others do care.
