    I just like apples because they are easy to grab and take with you for a snack, and they fill me up :heart:

    I wonder if apple sauce (no sugar added) has the same effects. I don't like apples in original form, but i love all natural applesauce... It's a texture thing.

    i dont see why not.. i would say cook them down yourself so you'll know for sure that there is nothing else in them.. YUMMY! :)

    Great Idea! I found an organic jar of apple sauce that is delish and it doesn't have additives, or at least it doesn't mention them. I love adding a hint of cinnamon too. I think I just found my post workout snack.

    While I am NOT a lover of APPLES, I find that when I eat one a day, I stay on my diet easier. First, I cut them up and eat them slowly :wink: and I notice that they also fill me up quite a bit and they do not leave me wanting sweets after I eat them. Then, of course, with being over 50, the fiber in apples is a major plus for my digestive system to. GO APPLES!!!!:flowerforyou:
