What way is fun to lose weight?

I want to do something different, maybe involving other people? The usual work out get's boring. Any idea's? Add me as a friend too!

  • Look for members in your area and see if they are interested in meeting up. I am trying to set up a group around Manchester for walks/hikes etc.

    Try an unusual sport - a martial art (Kendo is cool), Horse Riding, or join an athletics club. Also, dance classes, gymnastics and swimming.

    I love the group fitness classes at my gym; it's a great workout and you get to meet awesome people :D

    Find something that engages your mind. Where the training is secondary to learning something...like a dance class, martial arts class, etc.

    But if you don't want to get "that deep," and just want exercise to be exercise...get together with a group of people and do pretty much anything. The social aspect will help it to be more fun.

    I love fitness classes! I also love boot camps, and kickboxing...if im not working out with people I don't give it all!
