Is it just me or does anyone else think you get pissed off easier when on a diet?

Initially, yes, because you're hungry and aren't eating your comfort food. Incorporate exercise and your temper actually decreases.0

I think it is definitely possible. I am cranky when I am hungry so as long as I fill up on good foods I don't get hungry and I don't get cranky. But I really get bad when I am hungry. I feel bad for anyone who is around when I am hungry. I guess when I was eating junk I rarely got hungry so, yeah...replacing it with good food it is likely I get hungrier more often...0
