Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Arm curls

Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm

You can use anything you want as weights.

You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

    Just watched the vid, that is how I do arm curls, its far more challenging keeping the other arm static rather than letting it rest, I usually only do 20 or so but I'll take the challenge :)

    I just noticed on your profile the thing about vegetarians, I'm not one of those kind of veggies, I just personally don't like the taste of meat, I have no problem at all with other people eating it. I still eat fish so I'm not really even a vegetarian.

    Thanks for including a video with this one, because I might not have done this right otherwise.. I haven't been doing any weight training yet since I'm just getting back into everything, and I'm working out at home with the kids running around. I'm gonna try and do this today though. Every little bit helps. I'll let you know later how much I was able to accomplish.

    I am in too. I will do what I can as I have had 3 back surgeries and can't do much with weights or do a lot at one time. I like the small challenges. I could not access the video but I know what arm curls are.

    Just completed your challenge! I feel pretty good. I decided to stand in front of the computer and watch yesterdays young and the restless while I did it. It worked out great. I used my 3 pound weights also. :)

    Will do them anyway. I will be using a pack of tuna tins as weights :o)

    Done with 5 pound resistance bands. 5 sets of 20 took 5 minutes. (of a lot of grunting after a while hehe).
