does anyone else have them iv found i loose my temper more since iv been dieting than normal im usally a pleasent person an im more tierd but i have been working more lately and i work hard in a busy enviroment ??

  • maybe its work then? im finding i feel more energetic and less slugish when awake although i do seem to struggle getting up in the mornings now lol x

    are you eating enough? i get really cranky when i'm hungry.

    yer it could be work hopefully it,ll get back to normal soon :) x

    i dont usally feel hungry if i do i have something to eat im trying to eat more veg i think it could be what im eating x

    Try eating more protein and taking an iron supplement. What is your carb intake like?

    Are you consuming any products like red bull or 5 hour energy or any other type of thing that promises to give you more energy? These things can make me fly into a rage.
