How to log workouts...

I'm trying to log my first day of C25k and I can't figure it out! It isn't in the datebase by name, or even by the newly updated app name, "Ease into 5k". I don't want to log it as jogging because it's in intervals. Anyone know how to log this app?

you can add it to the database if you know how many calories you burned.0

I just calculated the amount of time i walked and logged that then did the same with the running.0

I split it into totals. My walk total on treadmill and then the run total on treadmill.0
