Just started slim in 6!!! Gained?

This week I started Slim in 6, I have been taking it slowly because I don't want to get burnt out on it. However, I got on the scale today and gained 2 pounds?! I have eating pretty healthy and keeping my calorie intake low. Wondering if anyone else has done this program and noticed that they gained a few before losing?

Are you also measuring??? Personally I think that is the best way to keep track.0

Im waiting for mine in the mail. Excited to start it. Although I hope i don't gain. Like the other member said you need to measure. Some loose weight and some loose inches. It's only been a week keep trying.0

Are you doing some kind of strength training? If you just started working out your probably gaining some muscle even if your not specifically strength training. Give it a couple of weeks and it will start going down.0
