#1 food that would throw you off of eating healthy?

Just in general, if there was a certain food just sitting in your house that made you indulge and eat it, what would it be?

Mine would definitely have to be anything red velvet. Mmm.

    peanut butter. easily.

just received an order for powdered peanut butter today. Bought from Amazon, but the company is bellplantation.com It was wonderful! 45 calories as opposed to 180.
Called PB2. I can now have my peanut butter!

Flour+fat+sugar. And I'm done for. Any *two* and I'm fine. Candy...not a problem. Toast with cheese...not a problem. But put the three together? KABLAM!

Hands down, my three weaknesses are pizza, nachos, and corn dogs. In fact, I was so good yesterday and today that I allowed myself to have 6 little mini corn dogs. Mmmmmmmm!! Total contentment! :)

I'm usually okay at home... at work however... the hospital cafeteria has the *best* french fries (and that's usually the only good thing to eat)... that I get every time I go down there... even when I tell myself I'm just getting salad. I have to pack my lunch to keep from getting those dang things.
