30 Day Shred and 10 minute trainer - Help!

Has anyone done either of these programs? Do they really help build muscle and tone? It seems like every DVD promises to get you in shape so I'm looking for some real life users to "weigh in" haha. Thanks in advance! :flowerforyou:

    30 Day Shred is awesome and it does work for weight loss and to help tone the body. Plus, u don't need a lot of room to do it. 10 minute trainer is good, but u need more room to do it and u need to purchase the band for optimum results. Also, another thing is they suggest 10 min a day for minimum results, 2 routines (20 min) for improved results, and 3 routines (30 min) for max results. So, technically they don't advocate for only doing 10 minutes.
    And last, the Shred is much cheaper than 10 minute trainer.

    But I may be biased as most of my workout videos are from Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper. Hope this helps!

    Thanks! That's a good point about the 10 minute trainer as far as optimal results really being 30 minutes. I think I'll start with the 30 Day Shred!
