I listen to Iheartradio through my Blackberry. When I go for my walks (fast pace) I listen to SpinCycle. It's a station with all sorts of music but they mix it up SO great! The tempo is fast paced.

I need fast music to keep me moving. Especially during a walk or run, it keeps me moving at a fast pace and I try to keep up with the beat.

I have been running to the same Girl Talk playlist for the past month, and I'm not sick of it yet.

Unlike most other playlists, I don't tire of this one because the mash ups are constantly changing & you always hear something "new" in them.

Latin and ballroom music (especially cha cha and jive) or listening to books on tape because you feel like a A+ multi-tasker. ^.^~
