Hey, so January is almost over..
how has everyone's year been so far?
I started off the year at 179.8pounds and this year I got salmonella poisoning so couldn't exercise for a week and was the worst experience ever yuck, and have gone to visit my nan and pop which was awesome, have not seen them since 2009! i also have gotten my heart broken and had multiple fights with my parents alredy *sigh*
I am now 177.6 pounds as my weight went really low (175 I think) when sick and when I started eating normally again I put it all back on.
I had a challenge on facebook to run/cycle 63km's which I completed on the 25th even with a week and half off exercise due to illness.
Here's to a better February!
I am starting my course to become a CPT on the 6th and my goal is to complete the 30 day shred and 78km's run/cycled.
And focus on eating really clean.
What are your goals for February? How was your January?

I started off strong, but the last two weeks (of starting teaching again) has put a holt on all my good work. I did all my horrible planning for the next 5 weeks all weekend. So I have to write out prac requests and photocopy requests, get my information together and I'll be set for this week.
I'll be weighing in tomorrow instead of today because I wasn't home all weekend.
As soon as the planning etc gets under control, then I can work back on the exercise!
I remember reading about your food poisoning and your wretched boss that wouldn't let you stay home. Good to see you're feeling better. :drinker:
February, I'll be doing the 1 million kilo challenge with a focus on the exercise, as I can't buy all the food right now, since I stillhaven't got my credit card back after my wallet was stolen. But things have got to get better, so my spirit will be renewed.
(Plus I don't have my grade 9's tomorrow and that's cause for celebration!!) :bigsmile:0
