14 Pounds gone in Jan!

I started my weight loss plan on Jan 1, and I weigh in each Sunday. I've kicked it into high gear and I worked super hard this past week with making careful food choices and working harder at the gym. I still have a long, long ways to go BUT I am 14 Pounds down since January 1!! :smile: :smile: :smile:
