Hello everyone
I would like to keep this short and sweet but hoping this inspires anyone who is struggling to control their eating habits...
So, as usual, I started my weight loss journey in the new year, but this time I'm more determined than ever.
My starting weight was 194lbs and after 27 days I'm now 182lbs. I'm 5'3.
Still a very long way to go but I'm so happy with my results...
I exercise 4 times a week doing 60 mins of cardio at the gym and occasionally walk the dog.
My food diary is viewable to all, 1200 calories or under. I eat 3 healthy meals a day, healthy snacks, always eat breakfast and have no treat days (which may change in the coming weeks). Carbs are my enemy but I'm now trying to eat them in moderation. I LOVE fresh fruit and seafood. It's definitely achievable for anyone looking to get healthy and as you can see I'm not starving.
I've always struggled with my weight but purely down to eating out of habit and boredom.
I also take Nuratrim slimming aids, they seem to help my energy levels and appetite.
My results are below (in pink), which I'll be posting monthly to spur myself and others on...
Don't give up.
