Hi.. I joined this a couple of days back. I have never counted calories earlier like this. But have been strict with diet and workout everyday. Looks good. Would like to make modifications to my diet and exercise pattern and shed the stubborn 20 pounds off and tone my mid section.
Have read a few posts and they are truly motivating!! Thanks and cheers!!

    feeling not that great with the progress.. I have reached a plateau and need to change my workout pattern .. any suggestions?
