weight loss calorie question

hi folks.
peobably a stupid question but i started dieting last sunday so 7 days ago. Im 6ft 1 and weighed 242lbs last sunday morning and a week later i now weigh 237lbs. does that not sound a bit off??? also i weighes myself before breakfast and after using the vathroom as recommended.ive been sticking to my sugge.i wq.sted calore intake of 2090 daily(usually reach approx 1950 and time fore bed).i was on a high 3000approx diet unfor and am now eating a lot of fruit and vegs so would t eating meats and the like?at increase my weightloss more than eating meats and the like becausee 5lb loss in 7 days seems a lot

I lost 8 pounds in my first week. Very normal. It's mostly retained water you've lost not actual weight. I've lost between 3 and 4 pounds every week since. Don't be disappointed next week when the loss isn't as high. First week is always the highest.0

I lost 7 the first week , and i have been on many diets and went to meetings and in the first week a lot of people lost between 4/7 lbs , so next week don't expect that loss0

Weight loss is usually quicker at the beginning so don't get disheartened if it slows down over the next week or so.0 -

It's your first week, it is very common to lose more weight during the first week or two. After about three weeks the weightloss settles down to between 0.5lbs to 2lbs per week.0 -
ok so i feel much better now thought id lost a bit too much and heard if i lose too much too quick i get it back even quicker.i have qyute a craving for something sugary is there an suggestions you can make for that?0
