Sweetbreads

Does anyone eat sweetbreads? What do they taste like? And what is the teture like. What is your favorite way to cook them? I'n on a mission to try all kinds of foods I have never tried before. What other different foods do you recommend?

    I love sweetbreads, haven't had them in a long time. I like them sauteed on a bed of greens. Yum

    I haven't had sweetbreads but I recommend Eel...especially in Sushi!

    I'm a fan of hardtack for its portability, I can always carry it with me on hikes or have the ingredients along to make some up, cornbread but finding recipes that use less oil... or hmm, haven't tried the oil for applesauce swap yet for cornbread but it worked great for my holiday pumpkin bread...

    I've made my own sweetbread in a bread braid, just for us to have it the way it is with milk...
    I'm Mediterranean and make all kinds of Greek/Lebanese foods...you can look on YouTube or google foods. My favourite is stuffed grape leaves...mmmmmm good luck and enjoy our food adventure!
