I've been doing Turbo Fire for a couple weeks now, I LOVE it. It's so much fun and you burn so many calories and I really hardly even feel like I'm working out. I've never found a cardio workout I actually enjoy, so this is perfect.
Like I said, I've only been doing it for two weeks thus far so I haven't seen too much progress. I also only workout 5 times a week not 6 usually. I have seen progress in my stamina and endurance and cardio abilities, but not necessarily in pounds. I guess technically I've lost about 1 pound since starting, but I haven't been consistent enough to rank the pounds lost. I also have little to no muscle so I imagine that I am gaining muscle (especially in the leg region) while doing it.
I don't have any of the special protein powder or whatever either and I've been fine! I highly recommend turbofire, it's so much fun!

I did Turbo Fire last year. Started in Feb 2011. Did 20 wks of it and then did the 12 wk schedule after that. Got amazing results. Started at 227 and I think by the time I ended the 2nd round I was around 150. I'm at 138 now -- TF got me into the best shape of my life. I'm a runner now and I love staying active. Turbo Fire works if you stick to it 6 days a week and you go full force 110% effort and you track your calories -- stay away from bad for you foods. no sodas, fast food etc -- even if it's within your calorie limit -- you need to only eat foods that are nourishing to your body. Your body is a machine that needs the right kinds of fuel -- you would never put junk into your car.... we need to really be careful and monitor what we put into our bodies especially when trying to lose weight.
Stick with it and you'll see results!
