So, I am not completely new to MFP. I have been on and off here for the past few years. Today is the day of new change in the way I eat, I must lose weight its only going to get harder has I get older :(. I am planning on getting married in December to my fiance, and I really want to wear a backless wedding dress and I cant do that with rolls... haha!! So, Wish me luck people on my new journey.... I know I can do this!
