I'm new to this message board; I've been follwing the fitnesspal calorie tracker/exercise tracker for a little over one week now! I am really enjoying it so far.
I am getting married August 29th, 2009 and only have a few short months to get toned. I really don't think I want to lose much more weight but I really need to get my arms more toned and tighted up! I don't know how to do that without strict dieting (I'm an extremem and would like to find a way to be in the middle!)
