I have cut sodas out almost completely, and have cut WAY back on artificial sweeteners. I picked up some flavored but unsweetened seltzer water for a change of pace. I was just curious if there is some issue with the carbonation in this that will be any issue whatsoever. TIA!

I'm glad you're switching to, I did this when I was in eighth grade (from time to time i'll indulge in a sprite or diet coke), but it has done wonders for me. To be honest, the only problem you may have with the seltzer water is the sodium that it contains. I have been through many of the brands and bottles and found that Crystal Clear (UNSWEETENED BUT FLAVORED SELTZER WATER) has the least amount of sodium per serving. I hope this helps!0
