first off, I'm 5 ft 2 and 105 pounds. my goal weight is anywhere from 98 to 100.
my diet and exercise had been going good for about 4 months until i completely crashed this past month or so!
id go through nights where id just eat and eat it and eat! and not health food either! how can i restrain myself and am i going to get fat even if i change my habits now?

For me it's my WHY....Why do I want to be healthy? WHY do I want to be fit? WHY do I want to eat clean?
Because, I want to live to see my kids' kids. There are many more. Focus on your WHY, and if you want it, you can have it.
A Friend of mine put it perfectly "Look in the mirror, lift up your shirt, do you like what you see? What are you willing to do about it?0 -

Your current BMI is 19.2
Your goals will put you at 17.9-18.3 -- underweight.
What are you seeking to accomplish?0 -
I agree that establishing a reason for your weight loss (and keeping it off) is very important. Another thing to do is to get rid of all unhealthy food. Donate it to a homeless shelter if you don't want to throw it away. If there are others at home that eat it, still get rid of it. They don't need to be eating it either. Only buy nutrient rich foods to snack on. My go-to snack is Akmak crackers and peanut butter. It has a balance of protien, carbs, and fat. Have one cracker (they are large) and1T of peanut butter. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. When you feel hungry, drink water first, before you eat.0
