What are you adbsolute favorite DVD's? I have been having a time struggle with getting to the gym (between work and family) and am commiting myself to doing SOMETHING every day! BUT I can only do the 3 DVD's I have so many times before I want something more.
The ones I have now are all Jillian Michaels
--No More Trouble Zones
--30 Day Shred
--6 Week 6 Pack (I think is the name!)
Would LOVE the Zumba ones but not in my budget right now No cost or specific targets in mind, tell me your FAV's!!
Thanks

I love Jillian Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Killer Buns and Thighs is good also. I have Biggest Loser Cardio Max but it's not one of my faves.0

My absolute favorite is Zumba, which is expensive though I've read some posts saying they've found them used on Ebay for much less than new.
I've had others I've liked but most are very old now, like Jane Fonda workouts (which are good workouts if you can still find them).0 -
Cher Fitness: A New Attitude. It's a step routine that I've been doing off and on for years, and I actually really like it!0
-
Lauren Brooks - Her series of Kettlebell work outs, hands down the best work outs ever!0
-
I like the Tae Bo and TurboFire ones and the SKOGG kettlebell system of course!0

P90x has been great to me so far..: I'm about halfway done. I like jillians workouts (currently on level 3 of ripped in 30-I do that combined with p90x) but her voice gets brutally annoying on this one. I thought she was annoying in 30DS but RI30 she kicks up the annoying-ness much more!0

I have been doing a Fat burning Belly dancing DVD 45 mins. and you kill 400 calories..
I also do Hip Hop Abs..And a low aerobic impact DVD by Denise Auston (this one is really old but it is one of my favs)0 -
Love Zumba Flat Abs and Tone and sculpt video. I do both 3 times a week and can tell a serious difference in my tummy/back muscles, I use 3lb bells with it. Also love Biggest Loser Last chance work out. I do it on Fridays to get the extra push I need to finish out the week. Im sore as hell after that video and it hasnt gotten boring yet!! The other days Im doing stairs/Elliptical for 20mins.0

As of today its turbojam. I have 30 day shred, I've done zumba and yoga and this burned way more calories and it was so much fun I can't wait to do it again tomorrow!0

Aside from the ones mentioned- love all of Jillians and TurboFire I also love the following:
Cardio- Tae Boe Cardio Bootcamp, Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (LOVE IT!), Kathy Smith Aerobox (3 workouts- kickboxing, jumping rope, stationary boxing, and tai chi)
Butt- Brazillian Butt Lift (4 DVDs) and Bob Harper's Butt and Balance (a 20 min and a 60 min workout)0 -
I have 4 of Billy Blanks' Tae Bo DVDs - they are cheap and incredible workouts!!!0

And I'm very very excited about getting Jillian Michaels 90 day program coming out Body Revolution  .I can't wait. :bigsmile:0

I LOVE 30DS - just about to start L3 on my 4th rotation! I've bought a boxset of Ripped In 30 and Killer Buns and Thighs for after L3. I've got BFBM and NMTZ, but I just can't seem to get into them the way I can with the 30DS.0

Lucy Knight's Simply Gym Ball (book + DVD)
It's not high-impact, but is a wonderful light day workout. I've had the DVD for 8 years (had to buy a second copy!) and it's the ONLY one I can do over and over without getting bored!0 -
I started Turbo Fire last week, and love it!!!!!! I also love zumba, but i go to the gym for that one. Check ebay for reasonable DVD's. Good luck finding something you like!!!!!0
