Kettlercise Just for women vs Just for men

I've only just started using kettlebells and after alot of thought the first DVD I bought is 'Kettlercise: Just for Women'.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the differences between the 'Just for Men' and 'Just for Women' DVD are? Apart from obviously using men in the mens DVD and women in the womens, are there different exercises, or just different weight kettlebells?

So far the DVD looks great. Each move is well explained at the beginning of the DVD and there's 3 separate workouts, a full 50 minute workout, a quick 20 minute workout and 8 minute abs workout. I've not actually attempted a wokout yet, but I burned 320 calories just doing the instructional part of the DVD!!

Anyway, if anyone knows the differences between the mens and womens DVD, I'd love to hear them.
