So the very first time I went to the gym, 2 years ago after turning 38. I took an introduction to cardio class, and I thought I was gonna die after 10 minutes. I lasted the measly 30, went home and couldn't move. I increased my trips to the gym, and the duration of my workout, and started teaching classes. First zumba, then cardio dance, then trampoline.

I taught a trampoline class last week, having just taught 2 cardio dance classes right before that. I was at the end of hour three, and I looked around and saw people sweating. Dripping sweat. Breathing hard. And "I" did that. I kept up, I motivated them, I pushed them and I felt great.

I'm never going back. Ever. This is a great way to start my 40's. Thanks to everyone for being a part of the journey that I"m on. :)
