I did it!

I weighed in at 153 at the end of October. By the middle of January, I was weighing in at 130! 23 lbs down, baby! I am so excited and feel great. I had a drawer full of jeans that I couldn't fit into anymore because they were too small - some were from high school. Well, now a few pair fit but most of them still don't because they are TOO BIG! :) I also had to get my wedding rind re-sized because it was falling off. All I did was change my eating habits and started working out.

Just thought I'd share. Anyone can do this if they set their mind to it!
