    I didn't do much to be honest ! I'm just starting now to add abs workout to my routine...

    I wish that I had taken a before picture when I started my weight loss journey so I could monitor my progress. Everyone else seem to see a change in my body, but i don't see much yet. You know what they say, "you are your own worst critic."
