Smoothie in a bag

I thought I would share something that I do once a week...
I chop different fruits that are in season or whatever I find, weigh it into 100g bags and freeze immediately. That way, I can chop and change flavours etc. when making smoothies.
I also make up 2 types of smoothie bags.....
1. Mint, pineapple & papaya with 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
2. Mango, Banana & Blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flaxseed.
So, in the mornings, I just grab a bag, empty it into the food processor and add 300ml of liquid. You can add water, juice or milk.
Super easy and you'll know that there's a meal every morning of the week!
