Sort of new and saying hello

So I'm basically new and thought I'd say hello and see about making some friends here to help with my motivation. I really want to lose about 15 lbs and tone up over all. I've never been good at self-motivation so really hoping with more support I can actually do this. I'm tired of being tired all the time and not being able to keep up with my husband, let alone the kids. It really is time for a change.

    Hi Besai, I am new too. I have been using the food tracker for a while, but that's about it. I am the same with you for motivation. I actually enjoy going to the gym, but my eating habits tend to be horrible. I do plan on easing my family into clean eating, but I know it won't work if we jump in with both feet. My daughter also has Celiac Disease so I have to be sure all our meals are gluten free as well. I am trying to lose the last 10 stubborn lbs, so hopefully I can get this clean eating started to push me through. Good luck on your weight loss goal!
