Really thinking of quitting S90 and going to P90X.

I'm kinda getting bored with Supreme 90. I've been doing it for over a month. (I started in Dec, then re-started in Jan.) I'm used to doing 30-day dvds, not 90.

The thing is, I don't know if I'm really getting "bored" or if it's just me wanting to do something else so I can have that "new" thing.

P90X is also a 90 day program, so will I get bored with that too? I also worry that I won't have enough endurance to do P90X.

ugh...

    For P90X, I suggest watching the workouts before trying them since he goes quickly and the moves are challenging. I know a training program comes with the DVDs for various goals (lean muscle look is the program I tried). What you do each day is based off that goal's program.

    You can get bored with anything, but the workouts in P90X get switched up which is good to try and ward off boredom and to keep the body guessing. It gives one heck of a workout though - keeps the heart rate up as well as sculpts muscles.

    P90X AND X2 ARE AWESOME!! You won't get bored with either...highly recommended
