Still learning how to use MFP ( got that abbreviation down tho) please read my profile. I'm excited, nervous, eager to learn and ready! What are some of the first steps us newbies should do?? Open to all suggestions.

Hi and welcome. I am on round 2 to loose the last 15 pounds. This site is awesome. log every thing that touches your lips. Drink tons of water and stay focused on your daily exercise, for me, if I go 1 day without some sort of effort I loose my ground.0

Welcome, it all starts with the nutrition, track it, and you will become very aware of what you are putting in your body. Sometimes we fool ourselves, but the proof is int he tracking. Send me an ADD, I'm always more than happy ot share my struggles and what has worked for me.0
