thanks for this post! I'm the same height and age as you, also a mama. I started out at 174!! Got myself down to 128 and am now starting with weights and HIIT. I hope that my results will be as amazing as yours!!! Congrats! Oh and i appreciate that you went to the gym at 4 am. I think I'm going to have to start pulling the same routine!
