Coffee...

I have been drinking coffee for years. Black with a little sugar. I used to drink 2-3 cups a day but I went down to one a few months ago. Last week I drank a cup and felt nervous jitters, heart beating out of my chest, dizzy, and sick to my stomach. I have tried to have a cup twice since then and the same thing has happened. Anyone know why, or has this happened to anyone? I haven't changed the type of coffee and I always have a cup when I eat...I tried decaff, but its just not the same...

That happens to me alot. Its sad because coffee is LOVE for me. Did you drink it on an empty stomach? Having breakfast first and then drinking coffee could help. Usually i get the shakys and nervouse-ness after three cups. And decaff is definently not the same, i agree. I dont really have any other suggestions...Maybe add milk to it?
