I consistently have the recommended number of calories each day but am always way lower than the amount of fat I am supposed to have. Is that bad? Is there away to add good oils to my diet withought upping the calories? (For example, flax oil supplements?) Thanks!

How many fat grams do you normally have per day?0

You can add fish oil and flax seed oil with minimal calories. Or, you can substitute nuts for one of your sncaks to get the healthy fats.0

I usually have somewhere near 27-35 grams of fat a day which is much lower then my diet calls for and I lost 18 pounds so far and I am feeling great so I am guessing it is normal..0
