I LOVE
this site!!!!
In my first week I've lost 6lbs!!!!!
I'm amazed!!! & Today I wore jeans that I couldn't get into even a week ago!!!!
I know 1st week on a diet you tend to lose more but even if I keep a steady pace of a couple of lbs a week I'll be at my target sooner than I thought & then all I have to do is maintain it!! (Easier said than done!!!:laugh: )
