Hey everyone I am kaz, thought I would say hi and introduce myself, so we can all support each other .
I have been a weight loss journey for around three years and have lost 37kg and have around 8kg to go.
Losing the weight makes a new person out of you, you can do so many things, you never dreamed of doing before.
So come and say hi !! and let's support each other .

    hello kaz! welcome and congratulations on your weight loss journey. at the peak of my weight, i was 225 (at 5'1") and managed to lose and keep off 50 lbs. you're absolutely right about weight loss making a new person out of yourself. i hope to lose more weight so that i can even cross my legs a little more comfortably hehe.
