Just made this. It ROCKED, and my house smells amazing, lol. Totally satisfied a bad chocolate craving.

1 egg
2T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Whisk egg, then add all other ingredients into a coffee mug and stir until all are incorporated. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Made this way, it is 227 calories, 30 carbs, and 30 sugar. If you want it even more chocolatey, add 1/2 T of chocolate chips for an additional 40 calories.

I added a good 1/4 cup of light whipped cream for only 30 extra calories. Those were SO worth it.

  • OMG! That sounds amazing and chocolate cake is one of my worst trigger foods. I miss it! I think I will try this and see if the mug o'cake satisfies my chocolate cake cravings. Thanks!

Well, I don't want to trigger you, but if it won't make the cravings worse, give it a try, lol.
  • LOL! No, it won't trigger me...it will satisfy my cravings for it! Thanks!

My craving is usually for Dark Chocolate. When I get it, I make a Keurig, Cafe Escapes Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa (60 calories).

LOL, seriously. You know what would be awesome with it? Sliced strawberries on top.
